citaxi provides a platform that allows users to request rides, create trips, and share rides with other users. We connect passengers with drivers and facilitate ride-sharing within the scope of the app.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

By using citaxi, you represent that you meet these requirements and comply with all applicable local laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide true, current, and complete information when registering and using the Service.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, harass, or inconvenience other users or citaxi.
• Not use the Service to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users.

Fares and payment terms are displayed in the app. You agree to pay the applicable fare for rides you request or accept.

Any disputes about fares or payments should be raised with us via the Contact page. We may update pricing or payment methods from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, citaxi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless citaxi and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

All content, features, and functionality of the citaxi app and related materials — including logos, design, and software — are owned by citaxi or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and may notify you via the app or email for material changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India (or your country of residence if required by law). Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place specified by citaxi, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
